Class Schedule

Classes are taught in groups of 10-20 and are one hour long.  There are different levels of the dance, starting from beginner to advanced choreography.

Each class starts with a very good warm-up and stretch, starting with core strengthening and balance techniques.  Each class ends with a fun aerobic work out.

  • Drills:  Monday 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • Advanced choreography:  Tuesday 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

  • Beginner Tribal Style:  Wednesday 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

  • Dance:  Thursday 6:00 PM- 7:00 PM
